Meet Eric Sublin, Founder

I’m Eric Sublin, a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and I bring a unique perspective to nutrition coaching that combines culinary expertise with evidence-based nutritional science.

The Athletic Awakening

The turning point in my career came through my son’s youth hockey journey. I watched young athletes dedicate countless hours to physical training and skill development yet consistently overlook nutrition, the fundamental fuel that drives performance, recovery, and results. This observation revealed a critical gap in athletic development that I felt called to address.

A Journey Through Food & Nutrition

My relationship with food spans over 25 years in the restaurant and food industry. I’ve worked as a Corporate Trainer and Assistant General Manager for a major US restaurant chain, where I managed training operations across 17 locations in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Later, I transitioned into fine dining, spending a decade as a Chef opening restaurants in New Jersey and South Florida.

This extensive culinary background gives me an unparalleled understanding of food—from its origins and preparation to its nutritional impact. I know what makes food taste great, and more importantly, I know how to make it work for your body and your goals.

The Personal Connection

My own journey with weight management throughout my adult life has given me authentic insight into the challenges many people face with food relationships and weight control. I understand the struggles because I’ve lived them, and this personal experience allows me to connect with clients on both a technical and emotional level.
